Herbal teas have been used for centuries as a natural remedy for a number of health problems. Herbal teas are a great helper in the prevention and treatment of various ailments of our body and soul. In today's article, we will look at some of the benefits associated with drinking herbal teas.

Herbal teas do not contain thein (caffeine) like green and black teas, so they are suitable for preparing tea in the evening, for calming down and getting ready for sleep. Or they are great in the morning on an empty stomach if you skip breakfast. You add honey and you have done something beneficial for your body right in the morning. For me personally, a better choice than coffee first thing in the morning, after which I usually have a hard time. And for warming up, especially now in winter - ideal.

Peppermint tea is also a natural remedy for headaches and will help with sinus congestion.

Ginger tea

Ginger tea is made from ginger root. Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which can help relieve pain and protect the body from oxidative stress. Drinking ginger tea can also help relieve nausea, improve digestion, and reduce inflammation in the body.

There are really a lot of herbs that will help you not get cold. 

Among the most famous ones, I have to mention again ginger, you can also add linden flower to the tea, which induces sweating, reduces fever and treats bronchitis. Helpers for better sleep

Chamomile and Lavender have natural relaxing properties, helping to reduce anxiety and promote restful sleep. The herbal mixture must also include lemon balm, which calms your senses, and valerian, which reduces the activity of the central nervous system. These herbs are also a great helper for headaches.

Helpers during painful menstruation

Kontryhel is often recommended for alleviating cramps associated with menstruation, it also has an excellent effect on gynecological problems and inflammation. You can also add raspberry leaf, chamomile and mother's milk.

Despite the fact that herbs are almost miraculous, they will not save you completely. If you are troubled by more serious problems, you can also help with adjusting your diet, proper sleep hygiene and regular exercise (a short walk is enough). Of course, consult your doctor about everything.
