Reklamace upravuje reklamní řád 2008/2009, vypracovaný v souladu se Zákonem o ochraně spotřebitele a v souladu s Občanským zákoníkem. Tento reklamní řád se vztahuje na zboží, jehož reklamace byla uplatněna v záruční době. 

Záruka se nevztahuje na běžné zboží a dále na vady způsobené špatným užíváním, neodbornou manipulací, nedodržením návodu k používání zboží, porušením běžných zásad užívání zboží, zásahem vyšší moci.

In order to make a claim, the buyer is obliged in all cases to present a document certifying the purchase of the claimed goods from the seller, or a confirmed warranty certificate. The complaint, including the removal of the defect, must be dealt with by the seller without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from the date of application of the complaint or within a longer period that the seller and the buyer can agree on.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods delivered by the seller after receiving the goods from the seller. If the goods are delivered by a courier service, the buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment immediately upon receiving it.

This written notice must include the name, registered office and ID number of the buyer, as well as the package number, invoice number, (or a copy thereof) code and name of the goods, quantity and price without VAT. Furthermore, a description of the defect must be given. In case of damage to the goods, it is necessary to attach photos of the damage, including a photo of the package, including fillings and a label from the carrier. The seller will respond to this notification of a defect within 3 working days.


Without these requirements, it is not possible to handle the claim.
