You need to fill in your first and last name, the address to which we will send the goods, email and phone number so that we can let you know what is happening with the order. If you create a registration, your information will already be pre-filled. Thanks to registration, you will save time, and in addition, you will get discounts on products, always have information about our news, and you will also get an overview of your past orders.
  • Choice of transport method
    Tea and coffee can reach you in many ways, and it is up to you which one you choose. Your order can be delivered directly to your chosen delivery address, to any Zásilkovna outlet, or you can pick it up any weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at our headquarters in Brno at J. Babáka 11, building I. For orders over 500 CZK and for personal pickup, shipping is always free, otherwise we charge a fee according to the chosen shipping method.
  • Choosing a payment method
    Before completing the order, you still need to fill in the payment method. You can pay either online by credit card or cash on delivery, for which you pay a fee of CZK 25. If you pick up the goods yourself, you can pay in advance by credit card or in cash when you pick up the goods. Both of these payment methods are free of charge.
  • Delivery of goods
    We will deliver the goods to you in a really fast time. We will usually hand over the goods to the carrier within the next day, who will then deliver them to the selected location. This time depends on how busy it is. With personal collection, the goods are ready for delivery even faster. If you wish to send the goods on a certain date, simply write the desired shipping date in the note.
